False Favourites Laying System Review

Category: Reviews – admin – 6:58 am

Description: A massive 216-page PDF covers both the main False Favourites Laying System as well as the bonus “Drifting Favourites” eBook. The book covers the topics of why favorites lose, how the author (Jonathan Burgess) researched and refined his system, the structure of National Hunt racing, the method of selection races in which to lay certain favorites, the key form variables for lay selections, and more than 20 pages of actual race examples. The book also contains tables which make it much easier to list your potential lay selections for the day.

Opinion: Better described as a handbook on laying certain favorites, this book counts under a few that truly tries to educate the punter on the art and science of laying on Betfair. As with a few other systems, one gets the distinct idea that the author wanted to restore the balance of solid betting information available on the Internet that is sometimes skewed by unproven “systems.”  The False Favourites Laying System is essential reading if you’re interested in betting on horses, and definitely recommended if you’re serious about making money on the horses.

Criticism/Advice: It truly is difficult to come up with criticism of False Favourites, simply because it is not merely a set of selection criteria that can let you down. It’s an honest, expert guide book on the topic of laying favorites. The only “bad” point might actually be that: you might find it a bit boring if you’re looking for the instant gratification of a quick formula. (Although it does have a set of criteria you can follow, it really is best if you read the entire manual.)

The Legacy System Review

Category: Reviews – admin – 6:53 am

Description:  The Legacy System comes in the form of a 25-page PDF. Contents include sections on ways to bet, a heads-up about a few bookmakers, and useful info about odds and the inevitable losing runs. Then it gets to the core of  The Legacy System. Detailed lists are provided with qualifying and non-qualifying meetings for both flat and national hunt races, as well as which specific races to focus on at each qualifying meeting.  These lists are straight-forward and easy to use, so there’s no sitting for hours studying forms and numbers. A recommended staking plan is also explained. The final section contains the “Saver” system, which is included a bonus. The “Saver” is a worthy and profitable system in its own right, and produces consistent winning results with short losing streaks.

Opinion: One of the oldest, most trusted, and most importantly, profitable systems for betting on horse races. The price tag is somewhat higher than most other systems (and the product page isn’t exactly latest fashion), but if substance is what you’re looking for, then this system is it. The criteria for a making selections are such that it does not take more than 15 minutes (I’ve personally written “10 min.” on the cards I use) to cover the day’s races. Although the “Saver” system takes a few minutes more to list your selections for the day, you should be done (with selections from both systems) within 20-30 minutes. Well researched yet simple to use, The Legacy System (as well as the bonus “Saver” system) will more than justify its inclusion in your betting portfolio.

Criticism/Advice: This is no fly-by-night selection system that produced some profit for a guy for a month and now he’s selling it. Having said that, it’s still a fairly rigid set of selection criteria, which means it’s easy to use and don’t allow for too much error on your side, but it’s also no miracle stare into the tea leaves. The system does have its losing streaks, so don’t abandon it after the third straight loss.

How To Place Bet On Favorites For A Living Review

Category: Reviews – admin – 6:47 am

Description: A system that has proven its worth for the past couple of years, How To Place Bet On Favorites For A Living gives you the exact criteria to select horses with a high percentage of place results. The eBook provides the filters you should use to select certain horses, and explains the modified criteria if you want to be even more selective (less qualifiers, higher strike rate). Bonus chapters include “4 Things You Should Know Before Placing A Single Bet”, “8 Critical Factors That Affect Your Chances Of Winning”, and “The Incredible Trifecta System That Makes $249.75 From $25!

Opinion: The set of criteria is well researched and makes perfect sense. Even before my own initial testing I expected a fairly high strike rate, and that has been confirmed in actual betting. You can also experiment with your version – loosen some criteria, or broaden others (by including National Hunt races, for example. Just remember, once you move outside the boundaries of the advice you paid for, your on your own!).

Criticism/Advice: My only criticism is that the place dividends tend to be a little lower than the prices quoted in the manual (if you strictly adhere to the criteria). Fortunately the place betting market is generous at Betfair, so stick to the betting exchange, and your return should be satisfactory.

Virtual Sports Cash Review

Category: Reviews – admin – 6:15 am

Description: The benefits of virtual football is obvious: you’re not restricted to actual seasons lasting from Fall to Spring, which means you can bet on (virtual) Premier League matches (or any other football league) anytime of the day or night, seven days a week. A round of matches last approximately 90 seconds, with an entire season being played out within the hour. Quite a few reputable bookmakers offer virtual football, including Canbet, Stan James and Eurobet. The “Virtual Sports Cash” manual from Frank Belanger (from “Bookie Buster” fame) explains the virtual football concept, and shares a number of systems which can be used to make very real cash.

Opinion: As I’ve mentioned, virtual football has some advantages over actual football betting. As fresh rounds of matches start every 90 seconds, there’s no time (or need) for lengthy league table analysis. Most systems included in the manual therefore teach you how to quickly spot a potential bet and to use formulas to quickly determine your bet size. You also have to opportunity to “play for fun” before you start betting for real, so you can paper test the betting systems for several virtual seasons before committing any real money.

Criticism/Advice: Most of the systems make use of progressive betting, which for some is a necessary evil, and for others it’s just plain evil. If you’re not one to up your bets to make up for losses, then this product is not for you.

Compiler System Review

Category: Reviews – admin – 5:18 am

Description: Included in the manual is the main  Compiler System – how you can double any amount of money every 10 weeks, with full selections posted weekly for the entire season at no extra cost, “The Bookmakers Business Inside Out”, “No Draw Betting” – the loophole which will give you free cash on 73% of English games that don’t finish in a draw, plus a free “priceless” bonus – “Professional Football Betting”, which describes how the professionals beat the bookies, exactly how the bookmakers compile their odds and the information you need to be able to beat them.

Opinion: If you’re serious about making money with sports betting, you know at some point you’d have no choice other than to check stats, jot notes down on a piece of paper, comparing numbers and other tedious activities reminiscent of of an office job. But what if you see, after a few weeks of doing this, that your betting account grows at a steady rate? What if this tedious jotting down of results and stats and odds only take up an hour or so per week? That is what you can expect from the  Compiler System: well-researched angles into profiting from top performing teams, a high strike rate, and the steadily growing bankroll that is the expected result from using a superior system.

Criticism/Advice: It’s a system. It tries to make it simple for you and me who either don’t have the time to develop something similar on our own, or we don’t want to bother. This same fact which makes it a good solution to the problem of what to bet on, is also it’s weakness. Not even the expert veteran of football betting can guarantee success. This “bad point” does not apply to just the Compiler System, but to all systems, not matter how credible they are, or how much experience the author has in football betting.
